Full of Love

As sick gave way to well later on Sunday morning, we enjoyed the love of Valentine's day.

We were wowed by a delicious box of homemade heart-shaped chocolates from Nana. Literally, wowed....Logan opened her little box of her very own chocolates and gave Nana a big "WOW!"
We chased the neighbor's cat.We explored the yard with Papa Bob.

We wore our cutie patootie heart bow Nana made, along with our XOXO skirt. Sadly, she missed music class and our Valentine's playdate at the park on Sunday, so she didn't get to wear the precious outfit off. We'll enjoy it throughout the month, though :-).

We ran up and down the sidewalk (Logan's recovery was a few days ahead of mine. Note, I am not taking these pictures. Thanks, mom!)

We swang on the front porch.

And did some more searching for that cat.

Then we went home to our own daddy Valentine.

We opened presents and cards. Logan really has the hang of the present thing down, and she received not one, but two musical cards (mommy and daddy should have communicated :).

And another WOW!

Then, out to play in our yard. I got to enjoy sitting outside this time, with my feet propped and a favorite magazine. Daddy gave LE treats to share with Daisy.

First, she has to examine them.

A bit hesitant at first.

But, by the 4th treat, she was pretty good at it (and Daisy wasn't too sad about the treats either).

This proud smile is directed up at me and my chair. Love, love.
